Shipping

All orders are shipped residential curbside delivery. White glove delivery is available upon request.

We ship to the continental US. We do offer crated pick-up from our warehouse for all orders outside the continental US.

It is your responsibility to be sure the item will fit in your room/building. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we will do our best to help determine fit before you order.

All items must be inspected at the time of delivery. Please note any damage on the BOL and reject delivery if necessary. Please photograph any issues as well. Your signature at the time of delivery confirms that your order is correct.

Returns and Exchanges

All orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Stocked items can be canceled with no fee until the order is shipped.

Please contact us within seven days if you would like to return a stocked item. Stocked items can be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Made-to-order items cannot be canceled (after 48 hours of placing the order) or returned.
